In addition to a physical examination we check your blood for (cholesterol, blood sugar) and hormonal disorders.
Then we provide you with a tailor - made eating and exercise plan to suit your personal requirements. We will also take the time to discuss your options, why to avoid certain foods and what to replace them with.
